Year 2 Week 6

Evening Pistons, I trust you are all well? Hope you had a fun weekend and that Monday wasn't too grim for you. I love Mondays, it's my favourite workday of the week. I don't stop all day, it goes extremely quickly and I get to play god with film times. Yeah, I am a loser, so what? :)

Just a quick update for this week as it's late, I'm tired and I need to sleep. The week has been good, really good in fact. Finally managed the 15% incline on the treadmill for 20 mins. Now it's a case of upping the speed and then maybe introducing some running into it. The fact that I'm talking about actually running is a weird concept on it's own. I've never enjoyed running and never had much stamina but I think this is something I might want to explore in the not too distant future. I've upped my sessions to between 35 and 45 minutes now too so I'm still pushing hard.

Food wise I've been pretty good this week. I've been really careful with my dinners so that I can go a bit crazy with my teas. I've been well under my calories for the week though and also been watching my fat intake. I'm determined to get rid of my bitch tits!

So how have I done?

Year 2 Start                 = 23st 12lbs
Last week                    = 23st 7bs
Week 5                        = 23st 4lbs
Total loss                     = 8lbs

Solid loss and back on the right track. I'm going to see if I can keep this level of gym effort up but I'll be honest, I am aching tonight. Day off tomorrow and then I may have an easy day on Wednesday and just have a swim.

Till next time!

Year 2, Week 4 & 5

Welcome back Pistons! Apologies for my lack of action last week. Through one thing and another I couldn't complete the blog entry. If I'm being perfectly honest, it's because I've been bad...really bad...As a treat, here is the lovely Default by Django Django from their self titled album. Enjoy!

$40 to $500 - Week 1 Results

Evening my pretty little Pistons, how the hell are you? I trust that you are all well and that the sub zero conditions (For the UK readers anyway, and the Europeans on the whole at the min) aren’t getting you down.

I’m off work for 11 days now, perfect timing for -10C temps, snow and the country grinding to a complete halt. Still, I don’t need to get up in a morning, or stress about deadlines, or shave, or get dressed so it’s all good.

So how’s this week been pokerwise for me? Well, how do I put this? It’s not been the best, and I’ll leave it at that. I’ll post the graph below so you can see what I mean. I’ve managed to put in some decent volume but that’s the only upside to this week. I’m seeing it as a transitional period. Yeah, a transitional period, that’s a much better way of saying that it’s been a massive struggle, I’ve played really dumb in a number of spots and that I need to concentrate more!
